WHO WE ARE

We act as intermediaries who interpose ourselves between the Sellers of Property and potential buyers.

Typically our clients are:

1. Jewelers and/or diamond/gem dealers and brokers who are seeking an outlet to assist there respective clients in remarketing their property, and

2. Private collectors/investors who are interested in remarketing the whole or a portion of their jewelry/diamond/gemstone portfolios.

We do not covenant warrant represent or guarantee the sale of any item of property and any representation in writing to the contrary would be false and misleading.

However our mandate is to use commercially reasonable means to display and showcase property over the internet or in person to as many potential buyers as possible to assist Sellers in remarketing their property. For the purposes of clarity property shall be defined loose cut and polished diamonds which are natural color and or white diamonds certified by a reputable gemologist/appraiser or precious gemstones and finished pieces of jewelry incorporating diamond and/ or precious gemstones.

We recommend that Sellers of Property aforesaid act reasonably and realistically in determining a fair market price for their property to be listed and showcases herein in an effort to attract as many offers/bids as are practical.

We opine that Sellers consult with their dealers/brokers or professional consultants in determine a price(s) for their property to be listed.

Items of property previously consigned to a dealer or broker shall remain with the said broker or dealer in safekeeping as we do not accept delivery of property or take possession of same unless prior arrangements have been established in the case of a Buyer who wishes to meet in person to view the particular item of property for resale unless the Seller is dealing directly with us as their agent. In most cases but not in every case the Seller has consigned their property with a dealer or broker and if your property is listed on our site in that circumstance we would be acting as your sub-agent for the purposes of attempting to remarket your property.

If you are dealing with dealer or a broker who you have consigned your property you agree that any and all photographs and certifications/appraisals in the possession of the said dealers or brokers shall be displayed on our site. If no photographs are in existence we reserve the right to use representative images in which event that disclosure shall be expressed on our site as it relates to your property.

In the event the Seller is dealing directly with us as their agent we shall arrange for the photography of their items of property for display on our website with the cost of delivery and photographic fees to be paid by the Seller in advance.
